1. Who we are

Viva Visual House ("Viva", "we", "us", "our") is a visual production and marketing studio based in Orlando, Florida, United States. We operate the website at vivavisualhouse.com and provide commercial photography, video and reels, brand identity, content, and web design services.

2. What we collect

Information you provide

When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and the message you write. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and discuss working together.

Information collected automatically

We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand how visitors use the site. It records anonymous, aggregated information such as pages visited, referrer, device type, and approximate country — no cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.

Our servers automatically log technical metadata for security and debugging (request path, response code, a salted hash of your IP address, your browser's User-Agent, and the timestamp). These logs are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted.

What we don't collect

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not run cross-site retargeting pixels.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your contact-form inquiry.
• Discuss potential projects and send proposals or quotes.
• Send emails related to a project you've engaged us for.
• Improve our website based on aggregate analytics.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not send marketing emails unless you've explicitly opted in.

4. Service providers

To operate the site and serve you, a small set of providers process data on our behalf: cloud hosting (United States), transactional email delivery for contact-form notifications and replies, DNS / edge protection, and web-font delivery. They process data only to perform the service we've contracted them for and do not receive your data for their own marketing.

5. How long we keep your data

Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as you remain a prospective or active client, and for up to 24 months after our last interaction, then deleted on a rolling basis. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7). Anonymous analytics is retained in aggregate.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Florida and U.S. law, the GDPR, or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these, email info@vivavisualhouse.com with the subject "Privacy request". We'll respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: HTTPS for all traffic, IP-hashing instead of plain-text IP storage, passwordless sign-in for our studio dashboard, rate-limiting on public endpoints, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
